Dylan is a native San Diego attorney dedicated to representing the employment rights and interests of the community. Dylan is bilingual in English and Spanish as well as currently improving his Portuguese. Dylan's practice includes representing workers who have been wrongfully terminated on the basis of discrimination or retaliation, victims of sexual harassment in the workplace, and workers currently facing wage and hour issues including not being paid agreed-upon wages, not being paid overtime, and meal and break violations.

Dylan showed an early commitment to plaintiff-side labor and employment law throughout his law school education; choosing to earn a concentration in labor and employment law as well as write his dissertation on the rights and remedies available to undocumented workers in California.

Dylan's work with the community began with serving as a Youth Commissioner for the city of San Diego. Dylan then went on to work as a community health outreach worker where he helped local community members, often facing language barriers, enroll in government programs while he was a student at San Diego State University. Dylan currently mentors at-risk high school youth on leadership skills as well as single-subject studies; and helps connect law students to charitable organizations and the legal community in San Diego.
